1) Tech Tip Tuesday – Every Tuesday, we share concise, practical insights on dealership operations with hundreds of leaders across Facebook and LinkedIn.
2) Dealer Diagnosis Podcast – A thought-provoking series featuring in-depth conversations with industry experts, offering dealership teams new perspectives on challenges and opportunities.
3) 2-4-6 Leadership Academy – An online learning platform delivering world-class training modules for businesses to sharpen their leadership, engagement and operational excellence.
4) ‘Diagnostics Conference’ – An invite-only conference based around the curriculum found inside our 2-4-6 Leadership Academy. The authors with assistance from industry experts will provide the foundation for the content of this annual conference.
5) Operational Mentoring & Coaching – Clients want to bring the resources of WBGS to their doorstep. The consultants of WBGS have a history of improving customer experience and employee satisfaction with an array of existing clients.
